‘When bullying is allowed to go unchecked, it gives the wrong impression that it’s acceptable. It is not! An environment where people feel helpless to stop what’s happening erodes society in every possible way. Ethics are undermined, corruption increases, crime escalates, and soon you’ll have a dystopian community. Exaggeration? No, the hard, cold facts that bullies bully have been proven repeatedly throughout history.’ Stop Bullying Me! By Louise Elsa.

About the Author
Louise Elsa
Writing has always been my passion and after many years of feature writing for print media, the transition to books was natural. The life skills and self-help genres fit well with my curiosity for knowledge and enable me to use and expand my non-fiction research skills. I love to share complex concepts simplified and served up with a healthy dose of anecdotes and case studies. Collaborative writing of memoirs and biographies, enable me to unleash my creative writing skills. Although comfortable writing for all readers, the enthusiasm of teens motivates and inspires me to use over 20 years of experience with facilitating workshops and working with teens and older children, it’s time to help equip the next generation to face their challenges with confidence. My writing is based on the topics that regularly surface in counseling sessions and I hope to empower my readers with confidence and the skills needed to thrive rather than just cope.
I was born in South Africa and live in Johannesburg. I love its vibrancy and diversity of cultures. I am a wife and mother of young adults, author, avid reader, creator of yarn and fabric crafts, cat mommy and keen traveler. I’ve completed counseling courses, with The Family Life Centre (FAMSA), a registered non-profit organization (NPO) focusing on family wellness, facilitated Divorce Care for Kids (DC4K) progams and also hold a Certificate in Care Centre Management from the University of Pretoria.
